Peace of mind

Before your big day, for your peace of mind you will receive a written contract and the opportunity for regular pre-wedding contact to make sure you are happy.

Phil treats each wedding as special and hopes to get to know, to a degree, the bride and groom in order to personalise the evening.  Exact requirements would be discussed to arrive at a point where everyone knows exactly what is happening.  In other words you can relax and know that you can trust Phil to take charge of the music and entertainment.

Phil considers it his responsibility to ensure that when the bride and groom look back on their "perfect day" they will consider the entertainment as having been perfect as well!

Public Liability Insurance and safety

For your information, any service including entertainment that you engage should hold full Public Liability insurance.  (Some venues are insisting on this.)  In addition all electrical equipment should be PAT (Portable Appliance) tested.

Phil meets these requirements and he is also a member of the performers’ union Equity which is not only an accreditation of the standard of his performance, but also his professionalism and reliability.  This is of particular importance to you when booking direct.
